They don’t care…, I knew something was happening, because I could not login, said my login and/or PW was invalid, which is impossible, because, I am PAID THRU THE 24TH…
Oh, and the other thing that red flagged me, was 1072 people online and that number didnt change for 2 or 3 hours…lol Some script…

I couldn’t log in for a couple hours last night and I don’t appreciate the humor on the only available splash page. You’ve “probably” got it under control. Stop with the jokes and instead give us any info you have. A cause, an est time of a fix, anything at all.
The technical problems with Gametap have been pretty severe ever since the migration. Personally, I’m not happy with Gametap and I’m past the point of being able to appreciate jokes about the quality of the service. I played lots of games and participated in lots of forum events to win enough prize points for a free year. Those prize points and the free year of GT are the only things that keep me here.
just posting to say I did not appreciate the attempt at humour on the gametap site when the site was down. “we’ve probably got it under control”? how informative! after a ridiculously buggy migration from the solid gametap client to being forced into being an uncompensated beta tester for a lame browser plugin, i’m “probably going to cancel my account” as soon as my year-subscription is out in a few months.
seriously. adding BETA to the homepage doesn’t excuse this sh*t. the complete list of epic fails is too numerous to go through here.
steam, gog, impulse… gametap no longer compares favorably to these alternatives.

I’m a gold member but am continually disappointed at the lack of games that girls might be interested in. This isn’t a petty comment - just go through the games yourself and find out.
The games are either for children or for guys, I’m seriously considering canceling my membership once my year is up. Such a shame.
I agree with you guys I cannot login at night at all, the only part of the site that is working is the home page and it says there is 0 people online. You got to be kidding me. I want to download some games overnight and I can’t. The new system was not worth it at all in my opinion.
