Free Games List Gets Updated - Psychonauts, Tomb Raider, Others Return

To give new players a better idea of what GameTap has to offer, we’ll be refining our selection of free sampler games starting Thursday, February 26. Popular titles like Psychonauts, Metal Slug and Tomb Raider: Legend will be returning to the line-up, along with a handful of games that have never been offered for free before, including Earthworm Jim and the inimitable Hot Dog King. Note that these games are not free forever – to keep things fresh, we’ll be rotating a handful of new games in and out of the line-up about once a month. This new lineup of free sampler games offers more variety than before, and for the first time ever, all of our free games can be played anywhere in the world!

In addition to the above, we’ll also continue with our Free Game of the Week promotion. These are games that are way too hot to be free for an extended period of time, and will only be available for seven days. On February 26, our Free Game of the Week will be Sacred Gold.
