Well since I’m unable to get on the site due to one of your overzealous moderators maybe I can get the point across here. PLEASE UNFREEZE MY ACCOUNT. Pretty sickening when customer support is non existent and so is technical support. I asked in vain for 2 days for help with a problem and was ignored. Then when I complained about it I got banned for my opinions…….more like blatantly censored. I’d Email the request but that doesn’t work either

well you didn’t have to be an ass and threaten me either. Plain and simple the owners of gametap are aware of the situation and so is the media and every gaming review site I could find. Metaboli has a whole bunch of explaining to do to the fair trade commission for allowing you moderators the power to freeze peoples accounts without provocation and then continue to bill those same frozen accounts. So as things tend to roll down hill from the top I’m sure your gonna be getting a call from the higher ups. Hope you have a good lie to tell them. You shouldn’t even be allowed to be a moderator your mean and belligerent and down right nasty to the paying customers of gametap. I think someone ought to take into account WE are the reason you even have a job. Now kindly unfreeze my account.

I’ll unban you if you’re going to be nice, but the problem is that the former one, after they continually spammed the boards and insulted me, did not exactly make me want to deal with the latter one for several days again…
OK Bigrooster5 is unbanned, assuming that’s who you are. Sorry, I didn’t realize that forum bans still banned people from their Gametap accounts, thought that bug was fixed.
Also you should probably know in advance that I’m just a volunteer mod, and I don’t actually work for Gametap in any capacity besides modding the forums. Just so you stop referring to my bosses and getting fired and etc.
